By preparing for your pre-travel medical appointment, you’ve taken an important step towards protecting yourself against hepatitis A and B.

Things to bring

  • Your destination's name (city/country, area, hotel/outdoors, etc.)
  • Your anticipated length of stay
  • Your vaccination history
  • The names of any medications you are currently taking
  • A list of any allergies you have
